Requirements

Draft a folder and file naming policy for your homelab. State which fields identify the movie and which fields describe the media asset.
Inventory one read-only sample of your own library and classify issues as cosmetic, warning, or blocking. Do not rename files for this assignment.
Document how your media server, subtitle tools, backup system, and download workflow would react to a path change.
Create a pilot checklist that includes metadata match, proposed destination, collision check, sidecars, playback, media-server scan, backup impact, and rollback evidence.
Review the naming token selector in your installed Radarr version and note any differences from external examples.
